Directions of use:

Simply roll on product and rub in. Can be used on back, knees, ankles, shoulders, neck, joints and muscles. Some areas may be sensitive to magnesium, a tingle can be normal but if irritation, rash or pain occurs remove product with warm cloth and wash area.
